A Landslide of Information
It’s hard to keep track of Mr. and Mrs. Jones who talked to Kevin at the Local Home Show who were interested in Windows, Sunrooms, and Roofing although Roofing was their biggest concern because they currently have a leaky roof and they can’t find anyone to fix it for an affordable price and they want the appointment tomorrow at 6:30 so they can pick the kids up from school and have dinner finished but when Amy called to confirm she found out that the house is blue and the subdivision has twelve other homes that you serviced in the last few years and the salesman who ran the lead would be Gary and he had to make sure he got to 1234 Roofing Ave., on time and ready to go with the right samples and when he was done with the lead he wanted to tell you about how it went but you were driving and weren’t listening and just thought to yourself...why can’t there be an easier place to store all this stuff? It's time for you to focus on the customer and get your leads to have the depth of detail they deserve. (Sorry about that, we had to get our point across)
Access From Anywhere
If you took the time to read the above paragraph then we commend you. Being able to login at a home show and enter the customer’s details as they are talking to your staff allows you to capture the information while it’s fresh. Having Amy call to confirm and update even more information that can help your sales team is worthless unless your salesperson can check this info on the fly. It’s time that you broke the chains of conventional wisdom and adopted an online lead management system so you can
manage your business from anywhere.
Accountability
Think about all the excuses that get thrown out when people can login to the business operations from anywhere. No longer will you hear “I tried calling (whoever) but he didn’t answer his phone.” “I never got the message; I didn’t know I had a lead.” “I didn’t touch that record; I don’t know what happened to the information.” If you could set policies that your software managed for you, you could focus on the more important things (like Golf…uhhh…we mean…growing your business). With internet coverage everywhere,
start managing your business online and start shedding those excuses.
Why Goldilocks Should be Your Guide
Most CRM programs try to do too much with your data. You have 18,000 reports to choose from, 45 graphs on your dashboard and all you really care about is how many jobs were sold yesterday. Then other programs don’t try hard enough. InFocus has been developed from the ground up by people that have been in your shoes. We've got experience in the retail trenches from all points of view and we even have that elusive persective of a manufacturer. When we created
our web-based CRM we took in every angle we could. Our goal is to make software simple, yet robust. The fluff is cut away and you’ll understand exactly how valuable a tool can be when it does just enough to help you
run your business like never before.
